This customer day event video marked our first production for LeanData, a leader in the data technology arena. It’s rare to witness such an energetic gathering of sales tech enthusiasts in one place! This customer day was crafted specifically for LeanData’s existing clients, offering a prime opportunity for real-time updates, best practices, and powerful insights into data farming and lead routing. These events are invaluable for both LeanData and their clients, fostering a mutual exchange of knowledge. Attendees engaged in networking, learning, and mingling with industry peers. Capturing this vibrant event was a delight. The setting was trendy new hotel and conference cente in downtown San Francisco, the day unfolded with speeches and scheduled discussions, followed by a series of engaging interviews as the buzz of the event continued around us.

To capture this customer day event video we sent a great team lead by producer Joel Forrest, Mauro Tapia as the DP with help my videographer Ian McAleece. They all help out to moev and set up lighting, for the candid onsite soundbites from both LeanData’s internal team and their customers. This video provided viewers with an insightful glimpse into the company’s ethos, culture, and clientele. With numerous LeanData customers gathered in one place, we also set up a quiet interview space next door, where we conducted in-depth client testimonials focused on detailed functionality and expertise, targeted towards prospective LeanData clients. This effort yielded numerous concise testimonials in addition to the main event coverage.

After capturing the footage, our dedicated post-production team expertly combined dynamic b-roll with compelling customer testimonials and insightful messages from LeanData leadership. The outcome? A modern corporate video that LeanData applauded for not only encapsulating the spirit of the event but also enlightening the audience about their groundbreaking new features.
